In questo episodio, insieme a Matteo Nardelli, affrontiamo uno degli argomenti più spinosi e discussi nell'allenamento degli sport di endurance.
Spieghiamo perché per un ciclista è utile allenare la forza in palestra, quali sono gli adattamenti da ricercare, che tipologia di esercizi eseguire e come eseguirli, con quali carichi, le differenze tra uomini e donne e ovviamente sfatiamo qualche falso mito, come la "trasformazione" della forza o come la palestra faccia diventare "grossi e lenti" i ciclisti.
