Episodio 11: Durability, cosa è e come allenarla

In questo episodio approfondiamo il tema della durability, uno dei principali fattori determinanti la performance già citati nella puntata numero 1.

Citiamo i dati ricavati da alcuni studi recenti e approfondiamo la fisiologia legata a questa capacità.

Cerchiamo poi di capire in che modo potremmo migliorare questo fattore fondamentale nel determinare il risultato in gara, analizzando in modo critico alcune metodiche che vengono spesso discusse.
